Loomis, Ca is a pretty based little town so I fully expect them to oblige but one can never be too certain.

My pizza guy just leaves the Pizza at the door.
Most places default to "contactless delivery", I make sure to deselect it so I can interact with them like I normally would. I usually give a cash tip anyhow. Anything to encourage others to quit living in perpetual fear 🤷♂️
