It's good news, but recounts don't do good if obvious errors like unfolded mail-in ballots, preprinted ballots and fake ballots have to be counted and cannot be contested. I love the fight in AZ, but they've been trying to fuck us for awhile.
The electronic manipulation was significant. It's literally impossible for them to generate the same results through a hand recount because there is no paper trail corresponding to the algorithm used to change the vote.
What gets me is how a vote could be legitimate if you can't reproduce the results from a hand count using physical paper. If the numbers you get aren't exactly the same as the machine generated results, the election has to be invalid.
