Lemme tell you - it was NEVER about unifying people. It's always been about control and power. You can't WIN their game. We HAD racial equality - exactly what people were asking for in the 80s AND more. Was that enough? No. Because it meant that people started focusing on REAL issues.
Remember who "won" the election - "Y'all aint black if you don't vote for me". With the most votes by black people and "black" support.
