This is true but shouldn't people at least be smart enough to use code and euphemisms to make it just a bit more difficult?

Anyone that is speaking openly about such matters is either glowing or too careless to be involved.

"Careless" is important. You shouldn't be talking about committing actions that would be viewed as a crime punishable by decades of prison with total strangers

Nobody seems to know what a 'background check' is.

Just print out some SF86s and use those.

Go actually check in on what a prospect wrote down. Visit their family. Take pictures of them. Distribute them. Find their employer. Meet and talk and ask questions.

The vast majority of these organizations get infiltrated because the most it takes for a glowie to get in has been "Dude trust me lol".
