This is a step in the right direction but more needs to be done to keep businesses from requiring their customers and employees to have the “vaccine”. Yeah he’s saying the state won’t do it but that doesn’t stop businesses and local govt. This also applies to mask and testing mandates. They need to draw up measurements that would stop private entities from engaging in these practices.
