THis needs to extend to private businesses. Freedom and the constitution trump whatever private business argument there is for forcing people to wear masks or have medical procedures. It is a violation of civil rights to require these things for commerce.

Nah fuck that. Business should be able to do whatever the fuck they want. If their rules at that business is too much you go somewhere else. Fuck government control over private property

My initial inclination was to agree with that sentiment. However, this is quickly turning into discrimination. People shouldn't be required to harm their own bodies, violate HIPAA privacy laws or potentially forfeit their own freedom in order access services.

There's a legitimate reason for "no shirt, no shoes" rules. There is no legitimate reason to force an untested vaccine on people or to require proof of testing for a "test" with a massive rate of false positives. Or else where does it end? Whooping Cough is MASSIVELY contagious. When does the requirement begin for those people? I don't get the Flu vaccine, but when does that become required? Measles, mumps, rubella? I've gotten those, but when will proof of that become required for those who don't want them? Shingles? HPV? Where does it end? Or is it only for a virus that showed up out of the blue to affect an election AND has a 99.998% survival rate does it matter?

You are pretty smart. Get out there and take an office.
