She does more damage in congress. plus they can run a second recall and get rid of her as governor.
This is a dumb idea since you can’t just recruit someone. She’d have to accept it.
They'd be without a governor then. Which means the left parts of the state would quickly fall farther into chaos as they need someone to tell them what to do and can't act without supervision.

Also, this recall is just to secure the question of "should Gavin Newsom be replaced for ____ reasons?"
THEN, another ballot and election has to happen with the new candidates.
In the meantime, the LT. Gov would step in as acting Gov.
