There is no fight in the courtroom. Leftists don't need every judge, they just need to choose which court you are tried in. They have those judges bought and paid for and that's all they need.

We absolutely should be getting ourselves on political committees and low-level gov positions that are currently empty. Especially sheriffs. That said, when the law itself is stacked against you, it's foolish to rely on the courts. To the extent that MAGA-oriented GOP can nullify Biden's laws, it should be done.
