What the hell? I used to live in Flathead Valley (Kalispell). I am curious for more information.

Unfortunately, TRO/FROs are weaponized all too often by people and is the easiest way for the police/gov to grab guns. I see it all the time here in NJ when, even if the TRO is thrown out by a Judge, it is a difficult, expensive and drawn out legal fight to get confiscated guns back.
