As a young Marine decades ago I received civil unrest control training in stopping violent mobs should Federal troops be employed as a last measure. The "training" lasted all of 10 minutes, and was basically a statement of expectations. We were told we would form a line, and the officer in charge would announce that "This is an unlawful assemble, leave now" to the crowd. He would wait five minutes, and if the crowd didn't disperse he would then point to a single rifleman in the line. That Marine would search out the tallest person ( head above others), and use his M-1 Garand to blow that head off, and all over the crowd. The officer would then wait another minute, and if the crowd failed to break up he would order the line to open fire. No, I'm not making this up. It's what it takes to to effectively gain control. One 150 grain bullet, one life to say enough is enough ! Think of how many lives, business's, and billions of dollar's would have been saved if that message was sent to ANTIFA, BLM at the beginning of their rampages ! Today we coddle violent criminals and allow our cities to burn, people to be killed, and citizen to live in fear, and go into financial ruin. Criminals only desist when they know their are consequences that are swift, and sure for their behavior. Anything else is a game to beat the system to them. Later in life I worked in Corrections for 30 years as an officer, sergeant, and lieutenant as a unit supervisor, or watch commander. The inmates knew that we keep peace in the yard with a simple understanding. Yes, there were fights in the yard, but the second it was out of control a warning shot would be fired, and that any sign of a shank (homemade knife), or someone kicking someone in the head that individual would be stopped with a bullet. That's what it took to maintain control, and it worked because it protected the vast majority of inmates from the more violent offenders.
They were not coddled. They are the new militant arm of the Democrat party. The new KKK if you will, only very few real members the rest are useful idiots. Idiots that they can use as cannon fodder and not blink an eye.
Yeah, the riots in the summer were really bad. it's clear as day that the city riots were not "racial protests". I heard the commie military leadership is upset that their troops are openly questioning this. To be honest, I think Biden's goal is to weaken the military so that China's comes in to take over

He did it to intimidate the up, and coming O-4's,O-5's and O-6's in that he would control their career's so they better support him. Young Lt's, and Captains also became "Politically Correct". Liberals fear the military like also Law enforcement for good reason. Because they are Oath Takers to the Constitution. To most a holy obligation. So they must be controlled, and weakened like lap dogs. I have no sympathy for these soliders. They could've refused to protect Xiden but they didn't which means they have no right to whine.
