I cannot understand for the life of me how at least one of the gun organizations does not sue the states and the federal government for infringing on the right to keep and bear arms by quite literally infringing on the bearing and keeping of arms … not even just guns.
I wish someone could explain that to me. The case seems rather simple does the illegal law infringe on keeping or bearing arms … yes, e.g., you cannot bear arms if there is something preventing you from properly and safely gripping the arm … therefore it is an infringement and illegal.

As a NY resident, I really wish someone would! The NY SAFE act is so damn unconstitutional.
