I was once hospitalized with psychotic symptoms. They put me on a medication that caused a severe reaction called tardive dyskinesia. It caused the muscles in my neck to pull my head backwards as hard as you could possibly imagine. It caused great pain and added to my overall mental trauma and struggle while in the hospital. NOW here is the real kicker... I went and told this asian nurse what was happening. She responded by YELLING at me to take more of the medication that was causing this horrifying reaction that could have been permanent. I struggle to understand what was wrong with this lady. I don't think I was ever that insane in my struggles with mental illness. I now realize that the world is insane and that many of the people are running it that way on purpose.
