Anyone deluded enough to believe that merely identifying as someone or something which he or she is not has a mental illness, because they are divorced from objective reality. Insane asylums used to be filled with people who claimed to be Napoleon Bonaparte or Abraham Lincoln---their claims did not make it so. Just because people cross-dress and claim to be transgendered does not make it so.
And, for the record, it is NOT an achievement for a male tranny to succeed in business, because men have not had to overcome the same struggles which women did therein, in terms of historically fighting to have access to education or employment opportunities. allowing trannys to be reclassified and recognized as bona fide women robs true women of their recognition of accomplishments: If everyone can be a women, then there is no such thing as women, for definitions rely on discrete distinctions. If you don't have a baseline standard for what is male and what is female, then transitioning from one to the other is not even possible...
