When the illegals are rounded up and put in detention, they don't put kids in with the adults. This is because perverts are in there.

Secondly, illegals were buying children and using them to gain entry. Most people are willing to let kids in, so they were just using them as meat shields, then raping them or abandoning them on the other side of the border.

These children were also trafficked or sold to perverts.

They can't prove these children are theirs and no adults come back to claim them.

This is originally an Obama policy, putting the "kids in cages." the pictures you find online were from the Obama administration, and separating the kids from these adults was not bad policy.

I don't have links but it's somewhat true... They separate the minors and adults due to obvious reason, try looking up Obama administration rules since the rule was actually put in place under Obama for the separation. It wasn't even so much separating families as it was of "is this person withghe child the actual parent/guardian or are they a traffiker?"

When kids are detained at the border, the US tries to find the families, who often do not want to be found.

Trump didn’t do anything other than follow the law. It was a 9th circuit court decisions to “separate” kids from their families. The reason is simple. The court decided it was cruel and unusual to house children with adults. After all many people crossing the border are violent criminals involved in drug and human trafficking. They created separate facilities for children and in many cases their mothers. Keep in mind all this was established under Obama.

Obama made changes to the Flores act which started due to a girl being strip searched. Obama separated the children by law for their protection from sexual abuse. The addition he made was to make sure the children were held in those conditions for no longer than 20 days. This was done to maximize the number of “anchors” released into the interior. Once inside, they were allowed to bring over their entire family through chain migration.

The vast majority of children “separated” were literally brought over by people who weren’t their parents or they were unaccompanied entirely. Preventing them from being trafficked by separating them wasn’t working so trump enacted an order to keep all immigrants in Mexico until their court date. This almost entirely stopped the use of children to get into the USA as they weren’t able to chain migrate. Trump literally exposed the system and stopped it. Biden signed away the trump EO on day one and the traffickers started using children to game the system on day 2. He literally brought back the cages and the entire clusterfuck of immigration policies that allowed children to be used to break into the country.

The highest number of unaccompanied minors was just 2600 under trump. Today, under Biden the number is over 16,000 and growing rapidly.

Every single child could have been taken back to Mexico immediately. The adults WILLINGLY let their child be taken from them so they could claim asylum and stay in the US. So two choices: A) these are shitty human beings who don’t love their children, or B) these are ultra-shitty people who used other people’s children to sneak through our legal system.
