Best tip I ever got was to stay out of the aisles in the grocery store. Most of the stuff around the outside, meat, fruits and veggies, eggs and dairy, are the healthiest.
I am a professional competitive shooter. The guys I know that can move and shoot the fastest all swim, jump rope, and play racquetball. Also look into explosive running drills like cones and tires etc. Foot speed!!!! Getting from position A to position B lead free is important.
I am 6'0" 260 I workout with kettlebells and running right now. My biggest set back is maintaining an healthy diet. I don't know how to really start and what even is healthy anymore

Body types are different. Replacing bread with Rice worked wonders for me. A billion skinny Asians can't be wrong yea?
