I don't know where this photo is, but there are tons of drunken out-of-control white kids descending on spring break hotspots too. I think the kids tend to self-segregate along racial lines, probably focused around bars and night clubs that cater mainly to particular races/cultures/languages. And of course the nearly naked drunken crowds on the beaches have a heavy representation of the "gotta get a tan" racial group.
"Hot Spots" is many cities. This is Miami Beach...Years ago I had business in Miami and I couldn't get a room ANYWHERE within 20 miles of Miami beach. I was informed it was "BCR"...Still is. The MSM doesn't mention the racial makeup of the crowds

I can't imagine many local families would take their kids to the beach during this onslaught of spring breakers.
