Scalia once put it this way: “The judge who always likes the results he reaches is a bad judge.” Marshall had a different approach: “You do what you think is right and let the law catch up.” Both views have their place in Supreme Court history, but in this tournament, only one can prevail.

Don’t let Marshall’s nonsense prevail.

Unfortunately we’re dealing with people who will just vote for him for his skin color. Ironic, isn’t it??

If you’re the type to vote that way then chances are you probably agree that a judge can just make up whatever he wants

Another Fair election! I got there five hours before it was due to close. All of the races I would have voted in had no radio buttons available to cast a vote.

Try again. It did that to me as well but when I went back it was fixed.

Thanks. I returned and was able to vote in all contests. It's too bad the voting depended so much on the presenter's summaries.

We more than halved Marshall’s lead over Scalia since my post this morning. But unless we get a sticky I’m not sure we can pull it off. Voting ends tonight.

Ive never asked for a sticky before but this would could benefit greatly with one.
