Scalia once put it this way: “The judge who always likes the results he reaches is a bad judge.” Marshall had a different approach: “You do what you think is right and let the law catch up.” Both views have their place in Supreme Court history, but in this tournament, only one can prevail.
Don’t let Marshall’s nonsense prevail.
Unfortunately we’re dealing with people who will just vote for him for his skin color. Ironic, isn’t it??
If you’re the type to vote that way then chances are you probably agree that a judge can just make up whatever he wants
