Classic NPR. She reports what AOC said, but won't spend time providing context or informing people.

Granted, they were also addicted to starting all Trump news by saying "Trump says without evidence..."

A real press would have done more research and would be reporting that most of the organization occurred on Facebook, not Gab.

So, pedes, remember the cardinal rule of literature: All journalism is intended to persuade, not inform. Wise people should keep that in mind any time they read any news. The writer always has an agenda, and events will always be conveyed in a manner that supports that agenda. This has been the case as far back as the French Revolution.

Can they be held responsible? That depends on whether they're a platform or publisher. Maybe she should look into that.
