President Trump is not on Gab -- look at the "About" section on the account home page. This is a press release from Trump's Save America PAC, and Gab is just reposting it to get traffic. These press releases go out directly to major media outlets, and after a delay (to incentivize media coverage) are posted here: https://www.donaldjtrump.com/news Full text is currently appearing in a Newsmax article https://www.newsmax.com/politics/border-crisis/2021/03/21/id/1014616/ and excerpts are in articles on FoxNews.com , NYPost.com and others.
I've put the same information in comments on several occasions. Feel free to make a post out of it and petition the mods for a sticky. But I think most pedes are actually clear on this by now, with just a handful still needing a heads-up. Once Trump gets his own platform up and running, I expect it will be abundantly clear to all pedes that he's not using competitors' platforms to get his message out. He may even ask them to cease-and-desist using these "realDonaldTrump" accounts, at least unless they start including a disclaimer within each message that they copy/paste.
