Rather, he had to figure out that most of the higher up politicians were professional liars, vet and fire most of them without getting assassinated or jailed, order military tribunals and hope they weren't messed with like many other cases, then maybe send that tweet and ask for help from his supporters, if they still support him by then and the news hasn't been able to twist things too convincingly.
