Exactly, until we stand up and do something, they don't care that we are "outraged"

The coup succeeded, and now they have full control over all future elections. Now they are actively weaponizing the entire government against us.

This is not politics as usual, this is a literal authoritarian takeover.

I know there is substantial opposition in the populace. But disorganized resistance will see you and your family kicked to the streets, thrown in the gulag, or even killed. We only have one life to live, one to give. Our kind of people love life, we don't want to throw ours away doing something that won't make a difference. (Like that guy Rosenbaum charging at Rittenhouse) It seems we have arrived at a fork in the road, one way is toward slowly succumbing, the other is to try to oppose an incredibly ruthless enemy that happens to be steering the vehicle, and towards the path of slavery and slow death with a whimper. Whatever happens, it's the end of the world as we know it.

Disagree. If we don't do anything, sure you may be guaranteed comfort for a few more years but ultimately become a slave. I'd rather die than live life as a slave.

If we all rose up and said enough is enough, they are not going to throw 70 million of us into the streets or gulags. They don't have the power or support to do that yet. But if we wait too long until they completely purge and brainwash the military, then it's going to become much, much harder.

I don't think we really disagree at all. It's still now or never, just we always perceive "now" through human eyes instead of the eyes of history.
