Democrats have purposely destroyed the black community to create a welfare system and Republicans keep screaming at the black community that systemic racism doesn’t exist. Planned parenthood, crime bills, constant propaganda, incentivizing fatherless homes, etc. liberals have created a system that ruins black lives and conservatives keep defending them by arguing with black people that the system is not rigged, it clearly is.

While the black community absolutely has to take responsibility at this point and move out of this cycle... It absolutely has been the target of all the things you mention here. Throw in record companies and huge sport orgs picking their role models, being the second largest, or was for a long time voting block, it's pretty obvious why they would be targeted specifically for a bunch of reasons.
