Add this to a voter ID requirement, a voter roll cleaning requirement, and a requirement that all vote counting and adjudication actions must be recorded by video.
To get these things though, we need to break the Dems out of power.

In addition I think we need to have think we need to have a serial number for each ballot and each vote should be able to be tied back to a voter registration number.
That enables vote buying or coercion, which is the reason we have the secret ballot.

I understand the risk of vote buying and coercion, but after the widespread fraud and stolen election in 2020, more security and accountability is needed.
