They encourage the COVIDS to lie about all sorts of stuff to get them registered for benefits. Goverment workers will sign up COVIDS for free food, shelter, and medical during their stay. The hotel problem is much worse than you think. It's a way to get COVIDS to stay here. The outreach programs will be fully weaponized so COVIDS can invade with ease.
