It's not even that. Everything was open for outdoor dining almost the entire time. They were mostly going after indoor dining. I think they stopped outdoor for like two weeks a month ago and had to roll it back because it was retarded and would kill off some restaurants.
Even indoor dining in places like Yucaipa were open since December since it got so cold outside. Sadly I see more and more people wear masks outside now at popular outdoor malls.

Come to think of it, I believe the LA County cronies shut down the outdoor dining, so outdoor was never really the issue.
They set up tents with heaters in LA County. It's dumb. It's basically indoors.
