The coronavirus has a generally accepted 1% case-fatality rate.
For those of us under the age of 45, a very simple calculation (1% of 2.5%) yields a 0.025% chance of dying from coronavirus. That number grows smaller if you're a reasonably healthy individual.

It’s not 1%. It’s like 0.3%. If it’s even real at all. Hospitals are letting patients die of treatable conditions (like bacterial pneumonia) and calling it COVID deaths. But even assuming all the CDC statistics are true, it’s about a 0.3-0.4% fatality rate in the US. For those under 45 about 0.015-0.02%. OH NO! I GOTTA PUT ON MY MASK!
I live in shithole LA around a bunch of college kids, they ALL wear masks outside. They’re scared of doing anything but staying home. And they’re fucking 20, most don’t even live with older parents or anything. I saw one kid riding a bike with a mask and no helmet. FUCKING sheep. These people get to you dude. Like how do you cope with the fact that half of America would probably volunteer to get microchipped if CNN told them it would stop racism. Fucking sheep.
