What happens to the citizen under the Bill of Rights when those swarn to uphold those rights are given a free pass to violate them in every way? America died at the hand if another Gadianton, a judge that put illegal twisting of a false legal doctrine in the way of constitutional trust. The judges in this case should be disbarred for obviously not knowing on whose side the law was supposed to protect from big invasive government, and whose innocence was at stake. Rosenstein and Holder both knew they were breaking the law. It was the courts responsibility to FIND perfection in Attkinson's prosecution, not technicalities to dismiss liability in a bureaucrat's defense.

that's why the government makes these laws to protect themselves, but when the shit hits the fan, it well be true law, not the laws they made, and all well be judged by the people, just like what happened in France ( Marie Antoinette era) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marie_Antoinette
