So if I work for (INSERT ADMINISTRATION) and believe I am doing what the admin wants, even if it's illegal, I cannot be prosecuted...ever.

However if I work for another admin and never break the law, I can be arrested and imprisoned under false charges.

Make sure you read the whole article. This is partly because it wasn't the first time being litigated

Details are missing. It was thrown out the first time (according to the article) for failure to follow court procedure for amending the complaint with additional defendants, and lack of progress in identifying numerous John Doe defendants named in the case. It's silent on the specifics, so who knows. Did the Government refuse to turn over the identities of agents involved in the investigation? The hackers who broke into the phones and laptops, were they identified? Was it dismissed because the Government protected the unnamed defendants? I don't know, but because I don't know I'm unwilling to hardware this away as "suit was already dismissed"
