I live in the panhandle and several years ago mostly black college would flock here. It became so bad you couldnt drive down the road and the area of beach was refered to as "chicken bone beach". Eventual all of the beach was under curfew and to this day any college kid with no exception goes to jail for any disorderly conduct.

On the Gulfport/ Biloxi beaches you have Black spring break followed by spring break.
