There’s probably some local or state rule giving public utility company the right but I’m sure there is a process to dispute whether work needs to be done or the scope of work.

there is 100% and im for it but what if you where not for it ? i have a special case here but lets say this "sir your tree is 1ft too close to the street we have to down not trim it for the sake of power lines and wind" ........ im not in this case but neighbors are and friends/family are just wanted opinion on the ownership of land and plants they are basically saying " hey kid fuck your tree we cutting it after your cut we cutting it more sucka"
