Technically speaking, it's not gene therapy because nothing is inserted into your genome. RNA is used to produce proteins, but can't be reverse transcribed into DNA for reinsertion. RNA is very short lived in the cell as well, so it will degrade quickly. This isn't saying you should get the vaccine, but let's not devolve into Q level retardation either. Skepticism shouldn't turn into anti-intellectualism.
