The main diagnosis tool, the PCR test, was never designed to diagnose anything. It's patent holder has been suing the CDC and the WHO for 3 decades to stop using it to diagnose contagious disease.
All the PCR test looks for, is chunks of broken up DNA, which is a sign of cell death.
