Most of the Sudis came here just after 2007. We had a cuckservative government and the foreign minister (Amanda Vanstone; a childless lesbian wowser) decided to sign off on a bunch of refugees from Darfur because she wanted a UN job. We got around 100,000 skinnies in 4 years. The serious and violent crime rate went through the roof in Sydney and Melbourne (where the populations had gathered in sufficient numbers to support a crime culture). One Sudi in a group of Aussies... probably OK. two sudis together, steer clear. Three? Get off the street.
It took established nightclubs about 2 years to flat out ban them. New nightclubs decided to be not racist and let them in, only to be scammed or have their security seriously assaulted. Most of these lost their liquor licences because of "African Nights". Now we have an AirBnB problem because they are effectively banned from normal venues.
Many of the current offenders were actually born here. They're serious violent offenders by the age of 12 many of them. They have been born and raised here, not in the African Refugee Camps and they are still low IQ, extremely low empathy and extremely violent. And it's not the fault of the parents. I've spoken to many, many mothers of these youths and they're all lovely (low IQ too but basically children). But, they just have no control over the young men. Unironically the police have plans to hold some younger brothers in high risk families (8 or more kids of course) back several years before starting school so there's a chance they will be able to retain their Aussie peer group longer. Under normal educational separation they are all moved into remedial classes full of Africans and Islanders by the time they are 10. I'd say there'd be Aborigines in those classes too, but they don't go to school.
The situation here is so bad of them, that some mothers are taking their families back to Africa because their sons are looking at life in prison in Australia. They don't know how to be any other way.
Behavioral issues and culture are often passed down genetically, with generations of hardened criminals who lack empathy, as you said, and become an issue that cannot be solved without deporting, imprisonment, or forceful authority.
Curiously it works like that in the US, too. You play the music they like in a club, they come, they pack the place, invariably they fight among each other and someone gets hurt or killed, and your place loses it's license. Not Sudis, regular US born blacks.
