Yeah, because we all know when someone stabs another person it's not because they want to kill them.

The attempted murder conviction rate is like 6% because of this.

Judge: "Prosecution has to prove what exactly he was thinking when he stabbed him in the chest".

Crim: (fake crying) "I didn't mean to killz im. I'm a gud boi."

Jurors with Agreeable personalities I.E. women: "Can't be sure, better let him off".

It's fucking disgraceful.

I actually know of an Asian gang-member that, at 18 years of age, shot someone that owed him money in the head. He took himself into the police station with a bullshit story that it was an accident. Took 6 years for manslaughter. Walked out at 22 (good behaviour) a Made Man. This is the legal system in Australia.
