imo this is the only conclusion you can come to once you realize that FDR was the first president to recognize USSR in 1933 despite them murdering millions in Ukraine famine and thousands of dissidents before that. He also tried to cover up for the Katyn massacre. He was also highly critical of the Martin Dies committee( which would go on to become HUAC ) when it would go after communists. Amazingly, the co-founder of the committee would later be revealed as a Soviet agen.
And the most damning of all, his closest advisor, called deputy president, Harry Hopkins sent uranium, heavy water and other atom bomb materials to Soviets via Lend-Lease( of which he was in charge of ).
