Texas voted 47% for Biden last election. In 2018, Ted Cruz nearly lost (within 2%) to a self-proclaimed socialist and one of the most anti-gun representatives in DC.
Its not going to take much more to turn Texas blue.

If they weren't real and the real number is only something like 20% Democrat, then Texas apparently has a massive widespread voter fraud issue. If I lived in Texas, I'd be highly concerned that the Republican leadership is not doing anything to combat the fraud and even let the last several elections get that close in the first place.
I would say the real amount of dem votes is somewhere between those extremes. No way is it almost half, but it’s more than 20%. And of course the republican leadership isn’t doing anything.
