Texas voted 47% for Biden last election. In 2018, Ted Cruz nearly lost (within 2%) to a self-proclaimed socialist and one of the most anti-gun representatives in DC.
Its not going to take much more to turn Texas blue.

Are you asking questions about Texas or Georgia? They are not even remotely the same state. Texas doesn’t do mail in voting.

You would think with so much power and trillions at stake for the deep state, they would have implemented fractional voting to ensure that Trump would never win.
I have heard some people say Russia did hack the election and stopped it from happening, but that seems a bit far-fetched.
Trump won in 2016 the same way Brexit was passed and Ted Cruz won against Beto (Irish for “Loser”) O’Roarke. Massive turnout by an overwhelming majority. Fractional voting can only swing the vote so far before it breaks or becomes too obvious.
But fractional (“weighted”) voting is only one attack vector. Many other common attack vectors are blocked in Texas by voter ID.
Trump “lost” in 2020 because the establishment cabal (with the assistance of foreign actors) used every attack vector available plus COVID-19 and decided they didn’t care if they made it obvious the election had been “fortified” since they had captured every institution equipped to do anything about it (DoJ, Courts & SCOTUS, Congress, Media, etc.).
