This. They'd argue he needs a manufacturer's license since he's selling them to the gov't for profit. The BATFE is trash.

Not true at all, you can build whatever you want as long as you’re legally allowed to own it and never sell it to anyone else. Destructive devices are things like grenades.

It's all about intent. You can make guns for yourself and then sell them. You just cant have intent to make them for the sole purpose of selling them.

Nah, property doesn't matter. Maybe state lines, but not property. You can do whatever you want with it except sell it. IIRC you can even give it away, but I think there are limits to that as well, like you have to serialize it, etc.
