AND they constantly change the rules. Bumpstocks are approved by the ATF, then later they decide it's legally a machiengun so they're banned. Same thing with binary triggers, almost did the same for pistol braces, etc. They literally can't even follow their own rules/rulings.
DDs are still NFA items though so they're registered and you have to pay for the tax stamp.
