If the military wanted to hide somebody on a sub and not be seen, they'd be way out in the middle of the Atlantic diving deep, where it's far more annoying for P-3s to patrol, rather than right off the coast. Or better yet the Arctic or Antarctic.

Also, all of Bidens Defense and Military appointees must be secret Trump fans?
