Considering Trump doubled support among black Americans in 4 years (even with all the cheating and flipped votes in cities with large black communities) I think the deep state is now throwing black people under the bus (after abusing them and slowly commuting genocide against them with abortion, drugs, mega-corpo ‘black’ culture, and terrible policing) in favor of the increasingly leftist (and pro big government) and growing Asian minority.
