That really is the insanity the left has been pushing with this. They’ve been saying wear masks, social distancing, etc. and we can make the virus disappear. In all of human history we have never been able to make a virus just disappear. They will mutate, they will Slow down, etc. but they never disappear.
This whole Charade of restrictions was never going to succeed in “eliminating” virus and the sheep just bought into it.
It's the control freaks or the managerial class that likes to manage people for the sake of managing people and gets off on making people do things, which to them is its own reward. None of them are problem solvers but they love the way problems and crisis empowers them. They are also predominantly left wing. It really is all just a pecking order for them. It's a big game of Simon Says. Whatever happens they'll take the credit and someone else will take the blame.
Personally I want them all dead. The lethality rate of the virus is just a few percent at best but the lethality rate of pissed of people tired of being treated like slaves is 100%.
