I've seen a post or two about this being part of the plan. This and the other shootings. Letting false flags and big events happen to "wake the normies up."
Even if they're false flags, the plan would never let them happen. They'd never let the media run amuck and propagandize people into anti 2A stances hoping it'd have the opposite effect. I thought the plan was supposed to "ensure the least amount of public damage." Letting staged mass shootings happen doesn't fall under that criteria.
