im not one of those people, but i was surprised to see 3 dead people face down without blood. the videographer noted there was only 30 seconds between when he first heard shots and recording. Perhaps I am watching too many movies.
the old guy standing there on his phone doesnt add credibility to the situation but when the guy taking video ran a loop around the entire store, i was surprised people were hanging out in the back of the store parking lot just outside.
"are you safe?"
"yeah, I ran away" -- guy standing literally feet away from the shooter.

"he was at the back of the store last time I saw him"
I dont know much about the normal actions of people after a tragedy, but I didn't know hanging just outside where there is a shooter was a common response.
there would be blood. look at the Tatum video of the bf coming back to GF and unloading. blood was all over the floor before the officer was on the ground and they all lived.

i worked somewhere were there was a shooting and I didn't even know it happened until people were coming into the shop to hide out
it was two dudes with beef and one shot the other guy
