I'm pretty sure people are blaming one mans racial bias. But I've only read one article about It. It seems like anyone who has a strong opinion about it is people who say it definitely wasn't racially motivated and those who ask how is it not racially motivated. Also the ratio of victims makes a difference. The white shooter in this scenario so happened to pick several massage parlors that so happened to have asian women in them. The asian shooter so happend to be attending a majority white school. the former had to go out of the way to find the minority of the two groups, so it's kind of easy to assume it was racially motivated. But I like to think that it's impossible to know. Until we get mind reading tech that will let us see into the perpetrators mind.
