6 people dead. This is a tragedy. It also happens to be the number of people who die EVERY MINUTE in this country. So can we not over inflate it to the point where people are calling for revocation of our constitutionally protected right to arm ourselves against an increasingly useless and authoritarian government?
If you want to make an amendment, follow the law and get 2/3rds of congress and 2/3rds of all states to ratify it first. Otherwise take a hike.
