The Supreme Court of Idaho mandated masks be worn inside courthouses. Inside the courtroom, the judge presiding has say if he can take it off, which he would have been able to. But walking through the court house to the court room would have taken about a minute and a half. It's not an overly huge building. I used to live like, next door to the courthouse.
