He, like trump, believed the old America still existed. The one where people you disagree with could see the mountain of evidence of election fraud and fight with you to protect the nation.

That nation died somewhere around the end of Bush Jr and during Obama.

It has been rotting since then. It just took an event of legitimate need, need of the people for their government to do its job to protect them. But it was the police, courts, legislatures, executives, and military who sided against the people.

So now there are sides, patriots and communists, and few are choosing to support patriotism.

The communist civilians can organize in huge numbers and plan insurrection outright without fear. Patriots can barely host a euchre night without expecting federal surveillance.

I don’t know how things improve. There’s always that fleeting hope that there’s people in power or on the inside fighting for you but I just doubt that anymore.

Keep fighting local politics and I dunno. I’m not a mastermind. Just a based patriot
