Gestapo Tyrants? Lol. Not sure what else was supposed to happen here. The dude asserted his rights, but did not resist and did not get hurt or himself hurt anyone else. He lost on the side of the road but prevailed in court. That's pretty much how it ought to be in these kinds of confrontations.
